Keep the West Midlands ahead of AI. Together.
The West Midlands AI Hub exists for one reason: the decisions that will shape this region's next decade are being made now, and too many of them are being made alone. AI is moving faster than any board pack, and the leaders responsible for it deserve a room where they can think out loud with people who carry the same weight.
We are building that room in Birmingham. Not a conference, not a webinar series, not another network that trades business cards. A club: small enough that every face is known, serious enough that every conversation matters, and private enough that both are possible.

The region deserves its own room
Talent, capital and ambition already live here. The conversations that direct them should not require a train to London.

Leaders learn best from leaders
A founder explains a risk differently to a consultant. The club puts people with the same responsibilities at the same table and gets out of the way.

Trust is the product
Honest conversations about AI need a closed door. No recordings, no press, no audience. That rule is what makes every other part of the club work.

Plain language wins
AI is drowning in jargon. The club translates what is happening into what it means for a board, a budget and a Monday morning.
The culture follows from the mission. Members hold the door for each other: introductions are generous, questions are welcome at every level of experience, and what is said in the room stays in the room. The full expectations are written down in our code of conduct.
