Privacy policy.

When you apply for membership or request a seat at an event, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company and anything you write in the form. We also keep a salted, truncated hash of your IP address to protect the forms from abuse. We never store the address itself.

If you are a member with an account, we also hold your login email and a hashed password. We cannot read your password.

We use your details for one purpose: to run the club. That means reading your application, replying to you, confirming seats and telling members about club events. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers or add you to third party lists.

The site runs on Vercel, the club's records are held in a managed Postgres database, and emails are sent through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person; it may process technical details of your browser to do that.

Applications and seat requests are kept while they are being considered and for as long as membership records are needed. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us and a person will answer.
